Block bookings have been made at select hotels close to the venue (Tākina Wellington Convention & Exhibition Centre). Special rates have been negotiated. Rates are room only, and do not include breakfast.

Bookings can be made during the registration process or via emailing your requirements to CliC2026@theconferencecompany.com, and should be made by Thursday, 8 January 2026. After this date, no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available.

To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified in the Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation policies.

Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation, rather than contacting the hotel directly.
